Mission Statement
We seek to support and offer encouragement to those in need by providing food, clothing, personal care items, and other supplies to them. Our goal is to demonstrate God’s love to them through meeting some of their most basic material needs. Each person doing a little can accomplish a lot.
Who We Are
An organization started by Beverly and Robert Harding operating under the name Barbara’s Pantry which collects and distributes food, clothing, personal care items, and other supplies to those in need. This includes homeless persons living on the street, homeless persons in shelters, as well as those in shelters due to domestic violence or recovering from substance abuse issues.
What We Do
We use the monetary resources we receive to purchase supplies for those in need. We are able to get the supplies at highly discounted rates which allow our monetary resources to go a long way. Other items are donated to us. All of these supplies are then distributed in a variety of ways to those in need through churches, community organizations, shelters, and directly to people living on the street. We seek to let our recipients know that it is our responses to God’s love, for them and us which compels us to offer assistance.
